Pick the channel, the event, an approved template and the audience. Nothing is sent until you switch it on.
Prepaid wallet
Top up, see every charge in a downloadable ledger, and set a low-balance alert. Auto-recharge is off by default.
Cost before you commit
Unit cost, tax and the definition of a billable event are shown before activation. Failed events and retries are not double-charged.
Minimum-necessary content
Reminders carry appointment and balance details only. Diagnoses and therapy notes are never sent through notification templates.
Rates are not published here until provider pricing and billing events are confirmed. Messaging consent, templates and applicable telecom and WhatsApp rules are reviewed before launch.
